1. Who these terms are with

These Terms of Use govern your access to and purchase of digital products from lucassmtb.com, operated by 68.861.220 LUCAS DE SOUZA MENDES (CNPJ 68.861.220/0001-43), a business registered in Brazil under the MEI regime and trading as LucasSMTB ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to buy from us. By purchasing, you confirm that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.

3. What you are buying

All products are digital educational programs: browser-based web apps, video lessons, plans and written material. Nothing is shipped. Access is granted to the email address entered at checkout and is for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the program you purchased. You may not:

• share, resell, sublicense or publish the content;
• download, record or redistribute video lessons;
• share your login with other people;
• use the content to create a competing product.

We may suspend access if a licence is used in breach of these terms.

5. Prices, payment and currency

Prices and currency are shown on the checkout page before you confirm. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never store full card details. Where a product is offered on a subscription, the billing amount, frequency and cancellation method are shown before you confirm.

6. Delivery

Delivery is immediate and digital. After payment you are redirected to a confirmation page and receive an email with your access link. If you do not receive it, contact support and we will resend it.

7. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Educational purpose and no medical advice

Our programs are general wellness, beauty and lifestyle education. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Consult a health professional before changing your routine, particularly if you are pregnant or have a medical condition. Individual experiences vary and we do not guarantee any specific result.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the programs available continuously, but access may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We will restore access as quickly as possible.

10. Intellectual property

All content, branding and material on this site and inside the programs belongs to 68.861.220 LUCAS DE SOUZA MENDES or to its licensors and is protected by copyright.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence are not affected.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
