Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is not there, email us from the address you used at checkout and we will resend the access link right away.

How do I log in?

Open the link in your confirmation email and sign in with the same email address you entered at checkout. There is nothing to download or install.

Can I use the program on my phone?

Yes. The programs run in the browser on phones, tablets and computers.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Email us or reply to any billing email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops all future charges. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

What appears on my bank statement?
