How the charge appears

Every charge from this website appears on your card or bank statement as LUCASSMTB. If you see a different descriptor, the charge did not come from us.

Prices and currency

The price and the currency are shown on the checkout page before you confirm. The amount charged is the amount displayed. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate or an international transaction fee if the currency differs from your card currency; those fees are set by your bank, not by us.

One-time payments and subscriptions

Most programs are a single payment. Where a program is sold as a subscription, the recurring amount, the billing frequency and the cancellation method are shown before you confirm, and repeated in your confirmation email. Renewals are charged automatically until you cancel.

Receipts

A receipt is emailed automatically after each payment, including renewals. If you need another copy, ask us at lucas.smtb@gmail.com.

Payment security

Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We do not see or store full card numbers.

Do not recognise a charge?

Contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can usually identify and resolve it the same day, and a refund reaches you faster than a chargeback. Send us the descriptor, the amount, the date and the last four digits of the card.
